About This Site

Welcome Everyone!

Some of you who know me only through the cyber world know me as “Lady Endigee”: the lady of Endigee Clothing… However, those of you who know me outside of the cyber world know that my life revolves around my two beautiful daughters: Kiara (13 years old) and Taneia (3 years old). Nevertheless, no matter where you know me from, one thing is clear: I believe in God and He is my foundation.

My life has not been as rough as some individuals that I know, but at the same time, my life hasn’t been that simple… I seem to be a complex individual, in that I always like a challenge, and seem to never choose the easy path.

Recently, my life was turned upside down; it was a very hard time in MY life. I emphasize “my” because for some, what I went through was not bad at all, but it was very hard for me. I often wondered if things would ever improve: at times I felt like I saw the silver lining, but then darkness manifested again. I cried a lot, I felt like I cried all day. I felt like I depleted my body’s entire water supply by crying! However, God is good, and He turned this experience into one of great value because I have learned a lot. I realized that I would not have been able to deal with my problems if it were not for my God and the amazing people that He had blessed my life with; I often wondered where I would be without them.

When you’re going through something you need to be loved, supported, motivated and you need to be inspired…Throughout my times of tribulation, I shared my thoughts, and experiences with people on social networks and I received a lot of love, support, motivation and inspiration from my cyber friends… However, at the same time, some of the most hurtful words came from individuals on this very same social network, so I chose to step back… In the midst of all of my pain, I thought about my children, and the world they are growing up in: people can be so cruel at times… It hurt me to think that perhaps one day, my children may have to deal with this sort of emotional pain. At times, I wished I could seek refuge in a haven… I wished I could slip away into a world where there was no negativity: just love, happiness, inspiration etc.(I know that this may sound corny, but this is what I truly wished for)… Moreover, I was pretty sure that I was not the only one who felt like this at times. I knew that I couldn’t control the things that appeared on the major social networks, but I could control what appears on my own website: then http://www.ladyendigee.com was born. I created this website with the idea that if I could share positive vibes with others, and they could share positive vibes with me, this would put us in a better state of mind: we could temporarily obtain peace. This website could be a getaway…I created this “getaway” for me, for my children and for you…

You see, through reading scriptures, I have learned that we do have the power to create blessed environments; I’ll explain what I mean:

Proverbs 18:21 says:

The Power of the Tongue

21 Your tongue has the power of life and death.
Those who love to talk will eat the fruit of their words.

[New International Reader’s Version (NIRV)]

Galatians 6:7-9 says:

You Reap What You Sow

Do not be deceived; God is not mocked, for you reap whatever you sow. If you sow to your own flesh, you will reap corruption from the flesh; but if you sow to the Spirit, you will reap eternal life from the Spirit. So let us not grow weary in doing what is right, for we will reap at harvest time, if we do not give up.

[New Revised Standard Version (NRSV)]

And Romans 4:17 says:

Call Things into Existence…

17 as it is written, “I have made you the father of many nations”)—in the presence of the God in whom he believed, who gives life to the dead and calls into existence the things that do not exist.

[New Revised Standard Version (NRSV)]

We have the power to use our voices (“tongues”) to speak positivity into this world, if we speak positive things then we will “reap” positivity and before we know it we have created a peaceful/positive/blessed environment…So you see, despite the negative state of the world, we have the power to call “goodness” into existence within this world… Think about it, if more people practiced this, and pondered upon these scriptures, wouldn’t the state of the world  be better?

As some of you may know, “ENDIGEE” is basically the “spelling” of the acronym “N.D.G” which stands for “Never Deny Growth” (which is our motto): every time we surround ourselves with negativity, we are denying ourselves of growth. I know I cannot change the world, but I am exercising my power to change MY world, I will no longer deny myself of growth and I will continue to grow in positivity, starting here, with http://www.ladyendigee.com…

So come relax, sow positivity and reap positivity with me in my world: LadyEndigee.com, an Urban Haven…

 Love Always,

Sabi “Lady ENDIGEE” Strong-Hinkson

“Think positive, speak positive & be positive…”
